Jason Martin is a former Major League outfielder who reached the game’s highest level with the Pittsburgh Pirates and Texas Rangers. A Southern California native, he starred at Orange Lutheran High School (the same program that produced All-Star Gerrit Cole) before signing pro out of the 8th round of the 2013 draft.

He arrived in Pittsburgh as part of the blockbuster that sent Gerrit Cole to Houston, debuted in the majors in 2019, and in 2021 homered off reigning AL MVP Shohei Ohtani; later competing overseas in the KBO. Now he brings that experience home to South Scottsdale.
